Full Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, in support of the U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center ATC and the Test Resource Management Center TRMC issues this Broad Area Announcement BAA W91ZLK-07-R-0016 for Multi-Spectral and Hyper-Spectral Test and Evaluation und er the provisions of paragraph 6.102d 2 i of the Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR, to provide for the competitive selection of research proposals. Contracts based on responses to this BAA are considered to be the result of full and open competition and in full compliance with the provisions of Public Law PL 98-369, The competition in contract Act of 1984. The earliest contract awards for submittal under this BAA are planned to occur in the first quarter of Fiscal Year FY 2008. A total projected funding of approximately $2.1M is available for new starts under the Multi-Spectral Test Focus Area in FY08.
