The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Building 10 HVAC Repair - DCA located at Discovery ChalleNGe Academy (DCA) - Building 10, 700 East Roth Road, Lathrop, California. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform HVAC repairs, including replacing a compressor unit, filter dryer, evacuating and refilling refrigerant, pressurizing the unit, and ensuring proper operation of the system at the Discovery Challenge Academy in Lathrop, CA. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB).
