Amendment 0004:
The purpose of this Amendment 0004 is to:
- Provide government responses to RFI's (attached).
- Incorporate attachment "RFI IDs 33-36 Images_Compressed. Attachment will be uploaded to SAM.gov.
- Provide a copy of the 2nd site visit sign-in sheet (attached).
- Extend the deadline for receipt of quotations to 1:00PM ET on August 12, 2026.
Amendment 0003:
The purpose of this Amendment 0003 is to
- Extend the deadline for receipt of quotations to 1:00PM ET on August 7, 2026.
- Schedule an additional site visit for prospective Quoters. The site visit is scheduled for 9:00AMET on July 27, 2026. See the attached “Information Regarding Site Visit and RFIs” for details.
- Extend the deadline for submission of Questions and Requests for Information (RFIs) to July 29, 2026. See the attached “Information Regarding Site Visit and RFIs” for details.
