The doors must be constructed with 22-gauge galvanized steel curtains featuring a standard gray factory finish, extruded mill finish aluminum bottom bars, lintel brush seals, single guide weathering, and bottom bar astragals, and must be motor operated with photo eyes and rated for 20 psf wind load. The installation scope includes setting up a dedicated 120-volt, 20-amp circuit for each motor, installing a disconnect and hard-wiring each unit, and preparing conduit and wiring for control switches and motion sensors.
