Building Ranger Resiliency-Chaplain Program

This is a non-personal service contract under the 8A set-aside program to provide comprehensive planning, logistical, and management support for the “Building Ranger Families” Program, which delivers relationship training to single and married Rangers and their DEERS-enrolled dependents to strengthen force readiness and family resilience.
