A. Phoenix Management, Inc. proposal dated 11 February 2021 in response to solicitation SPE603-20-5-0523 and amendments 0001 through 0005 for the fuel operation and maintenance of government bulk storage fuel services which includes management, operation, maintenance, product quality surveillance, inventory control and accounting, security, safety, and environmental protection of Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) facilities as required on behalf of Defense Logistics Agency-Energy in support of Tyndall AFB, FL for the base period from September 1, 2021 through August 31, 2025 with one Option Period from September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2030 is hereby accepted.
