The selected contractor will be responsible for regular weekly deliveries, typically occurring up to twice per week within specific windows: Monday morning to Tuesday at 4:00 p.m., and Wednesday morning to Thursday at 4:00 p.m. To ensure student safety, deliveries are conducted on a dark delivery schedule after hours, with a strict blackout period between 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Additionally, the vendor must be capable of fulfilling will call orders within a 30-minute transport time.
