This requirement will also require documentation of oxygen purity upon delivery, annual FDA inspection and storage tank rental with all associated equipment (i.e., vaporizer and control equipment) for period of performance of 1 October 2023 - 30 September 2024 with four (4) option periods ending 30 September 2028. The requirement is for a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing. The size standard for this NAICS codes is 1,200 Employees.
