Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority (AAATA) is seeking proposals from experienced, qualified firms to provide Pre-Award Buy America Audit, Pre-Production Verifications, Production Line Monitoring, Pre-Delivery Testing, and Post-Delivery Buy America Audit services for Large, Medium and Small Transit Buses, Cutaways, Vans, Minivans and other associated vehicles. The purpose of the audit and inspection services is to ensure that each bus/vehicle is manufactured in compliance with 49 CFR Part 661 and 49 CFR Part 663 and other applicable regulations, and that each unit meets specifications and quality requirements. Proposals are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/a2trans by the due date and time. AAATA intends to award a contract to one firm for the work described in this solicitation, although AAATA reserves the right to award to more than one vendor.
