This is an extension to the existing Medicaid Data Warehouse (MDW) contract with Currier, McCabe and Associates, Inc. (CMA). This amendment will allow for a one-year extension with two one-year renewals to the current contract. C024937 X-8 will extend the currently approved contract between the Department and CMA to sustain the core operations, while supporting a systematic and planned re-procurement of the MDW’s applications and infrastructure. Procurement development is underway, and the release of the re-procurement is anticipated sometime in 2025. During the course of this contract amendment, CMA will expand and elaborate their transition planning documents to ensure that sufficient documentation will exist for a successor vendor to assume operation of the MDW scope of services with minimal disruption to the Medicaid program.
