This contract covers multiple facilities across several counties, including Albany, Cayuga, Columbia, Erie, Monroe, Nassau, Oneida, Onondaga, Orange, Suffolk, Tompkins, and Ulster, emphasizing a statewide scope. The agreement runs from August 1, 2024, through July 31, 2025, with an end date for the advertisement of October 15, 2024, and a contract value estimated between $500,000 and $1,500,000. This sole-source contract was awarded directly to Brad Beach DBT Institute, reflecting its status as the only provider qualified to deliver these specialized services under the exemption for single-source awards.
