The New York State Department of Health (Department), Office of Health Insurance Programs (OHIP) is amending Contract C036859 with Deloitte Consulting LLP (Deloitte) by adding $42,610,000 to the overall contract value. Through C036859, Deloitte provides actuarial certification and support services for several Managed Care and Service Based Payment Programs, as well as delivers fiscal management and consulting services related to various Department initiatives. This amendment will add funds to support the addition of new rate package deliverables and an increased volume of hourly task order consulting work, which were not anticipated prior to the contract’s start. Specifically, this amendment will add new deliverables for Child Health Plus (CHP) rate packages and modifications, new deliverables for CHP risk score development and modifications, as well as add new Mainstream Managed Care (MMC) and Health and Recover Plans (HARP) Integrated Benefit Dual (IB-Dual) rate package deliverables.
