On behalf of the U.S. Army Research Institute and in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3, the Contracting Center of Excellence intends to award a purchase order (under the simplified acquisition threshold) on a sole source basis to Fationella Datorjanste r HB to provide software license. The purpose is to develop a research environment in which to investigate feedback issues related to network-enabled and/or distributed command, control, and commuications (C3). There is NO solicitation document. This no tice is not a request for quotes.
