Full Description

Replace flow meter on the discharge line out of the pit. -Replace level sensors in all pits. -Clean out Pit 4. -Move ladders to one end of the pits. -Replace insulation on steam pipes. -Replace control system and relocate and centralize control panels inside Building 3110. -Divert rainwater away from pits. Install piping in trench from B160 to B3110 to keep rainwater from getting into the pits. Seal the end of the trench to keep rainwater out of Pit 3. Divert the rainwater in this trench away from the pits. -Remove the Soft Sock filters in Building 3110. -Replace pumps and piping in basement. Install actuated valves on piping in basement controlled by PLCs. -Replace Electrical panels at B3110. Please break the following work out as a separate record/project due to anticipated Site Approval: -Install a new canopy/roof over the pits
