Call for Solutions for Project Manager Electromagnetic Warfare & Collection (PM EW&C) Rapid Electromagnetic Warfare & Signals Intelligence (REWSI) under the Army Open Solicitation (AOS) Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO)

The Department of Defense, through the Capability Program Executive Intelligence and Spectrum Warfare, is seeking commercially available technologies to meet Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Characteristics of Need requirements. This effort, titled Project Manager Electromagnetic Warfare and Collection Rapid Electromagnetic Warfare and Signals Intelligence, is being conducted under the Army Open Solicitation Commercial Solutions Opening. The government intends to rapidly procure and sustain equipment to support the PM EW&C portfolio, with the solicitation identified as W56KGY-REWSI and associated with Army Open Solicitation W9128Z-25-S-A002. Interested vendors must submit their responses via the Vulcan portal by the deadline of April 22, 2027.
