"Project Title: Bldg. 7104 - SB-1 Burner Replacement Funding Source: CNIC Funded FY Requested: FY26, Q1 Project Details/SOW: Project, Utilities. Problem Statement: SB-1 Burner is broken beyond repair. Location: CAMPOR-7104. Size: 1 of 4 Boilers, damaged component is roughly 5 cubic ft. Proposed Solution: *Shop Execution. No P&E required. Remove old and install new burner: WAGP62: 320hrs. (15–16-week lead time.) Justification: Failure to replace burner equals a loss of 25% Max Steam Capacity for the building. EV Comments: Conduct NEPA review. EV Air Comments: Provide burner specifications to EV Air Manager prior to installation for evaluation, and determination of whether IL EPA should be notified. - HRichtfort 8/2/24. CRM Comments: No issues. Project does not affect historic property. RPM Comments: Approved.
