Campus Sponsorship Asset Valuation

Tarleton State University is seeking proposals from qualified firms to identify and value campus-wide sponsorship assets, advise on a coordinated campus signage network, and develop a practical, maintainable database of sponsorship opportunities. The engagement is intended to establish an evidence-based foundation for a strategic and centralized sponsorship program that supports the university mission, protects the Tarleton State brand, improves partner alignment, and expands responsible revenue opportunities.Vendor must have demonstrated competence in providing these services and must have the qualifications necessary to perform the services outlined in this RFP. The services will be provided in accordance with the terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications set forth in this RFP. This RFP provides sufficient information for interested parties to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by the University.
