This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through (FAC) 2026-01.  The RFQ number associated with this combined synopsis/solicitation is # 15A00026Q00000066.



All questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted in writing and sent via email to Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov RFQ # 15A00026Q00000066. All questions shall be received by 5:00PM EST on May 27, 2026.
