The objective is to provide structured board governance and proposal writing training to directors of HTCs and their Resource Persons from six ISR communities: Sachs Harbour, Ulukhaktok, Paulatuk, Tuktoyaktuk, Aklavik and Inuvik. The training will: 1. Strengthen HTC board governance practices. 2. Improve understanding of DFO proposal development and submission processes 3. Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among HTCS leadership 4. Provide targeted training to HTC representatives and directors.
