This RFP is for the purchase of Career Technical Education, Instructional Supplies, and Equipment It is the intent of this bid to establish a shelf or catalog discount for district-wide purchases of items. Items will normally be purchased in small quantities on an "As Needed" basis by any of our campuses and departments throughout Conroe ISD. Please direct any questions regarding this RFP to Beatriz Blanco, Buyer through the questions and answers tab. Request for proposals shall be submitted electronically through the Conroe ISD eBid system. Bidder is required to read the Special Conditions and to comply with all bid terms. The District will be accepting proposals on a continual basis from the issue date of the RFP until it is closed at 10:00 a.m. CST on October 7,2026. **Any vendor that was only awarded on the following bids, expiring before the next solicitation, must respond to this bid to continue doing business with Conroe Independent School District: RFP# 20-12-04, RFP# 21-08-03, RFP# 22-01-04, and RFP#22-08-03 **Any vendor awarded on the following bids do not need to respond to this bid, as their awards are still valid: RFP# 23-01-05, RFP# 23-08-01, RFP# 24-01-09 , and RFP# 25-06-04
