The Casa Blanca Substation Getaways Project involves the installation of critical underground electrical infrastructure within the City of Riverside, California, including one vault, two padmounted switch enclosures, three padmounted junction cabinets, slab boxes, approximately 657 trench feet of conduit, and three protective barriers. The project requires the furnish and installation of 284 linear feet of 4-inch SCH40 conduit, 2,359 linear feet of 4-inch S40E conduit, and 1,040 linear feet of 5-inch S40E conduit, along with asphalt paving, core drilling, and the removal and replacement of existing concrete structures. Work is to be performed in accordance with the 2021 Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction and project-specific Special Provisions, which take precedence over standard requirements.
