The United States Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) at Quantico, Virginia, intends to award a sole source contract to Zero Manufacturing, Inc., located in North Salt Lake, Utah, for the procurement of 70 Boresight Test Cases. This contract is issued under the authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition, citing that only Zero Manufacturing is the responsible source able to fulfill the agency’s specific requirements. The cases are commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) items designed with precise specifications, including internal dimensions of 40" by 28" by 15", a paintable surface, weight under 130 pounds, and must include a standard military transit case breather valve. The cushioning inside the case is required to be polyethylene foam of a specific density and color. The case must meet rigorous military standards, including MIL-STD-810G for loose cargo transport and MIL-T-21200 for shock testing, ensuring no damage to the boresight tube assembly it is designed to protect. The design must also include a cradle supporting the boresight tube with exact groove sizes and spacing. Zero Manufacturing Inc. is recognized as the sole qualified manufacturer of this item, making competitive bidding unnecessary at this time. Although this notice does not request competitive proposals, interested parties can submit a white paper with technical data and past performance information by a specified deadline to indicate their capability to meet the requirements. The final decision on whether to proceed with a competitive procurement rests with the government, which will consider any information submitted purely to evaluate the best course of action. Further information can be obtained by contacting the designated official via email, with no telephone inquiries accepted.

Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration
Solicitation # M6785426I4208
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is conducting market research via Request for Information M67854-26-I-4208 to identify commercial partners for the Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration. The primary objective is to secure skilled, professional IT touch-labor services under a Government-Owned, Government-Operated, Contractor-Supported (GOGOCS) model. While the focus remains on providing DCWF-certified personnel, the government is seeking innovative ways to integrate AI and automation as embedded components of the service delivery model to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual labor costs over time. The government is specifically exploring service-based ordering models, such as procuring hours of service or specific outcomes rather than individual labor categories. For pricing purposes, any contractor-provided proprietary tooling costs must be included within fully burdened labor rates, as this is a services acquisition. Interested respondents must submit a capabilities narrative limited to five pages, a vendor comment matrix in Excel format with a 300-word limit per cell, and optional supplementary materials not exceeding fifteen pages. The current response deadline is November 3, 2026, at 1:00 P.M.
