The solicitation number FA281619QA008 is being issued as a "Request for Quote" (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101 THIS ACQUISITION IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
