1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: This announcement is a FAR Part 15 Competitive Small Business acquisition to repair 8 buildings, fencing, and gates at Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD), Corpus Christi, Texas. The North American Industrial Classification System code is 236220, which has a size standard of $36.5 million. A firm-fixed- price contract will be awarded. The contract is anticipated to be awarded in September 2018. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Register via the SAM Internet site at https://www.sam.gov/. 2. PROJECT INFORMATION: Construction range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This anticipated contract will be for the repair of 8 buildings, fencing, and gates at Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas. The repairs to the buildings consist of metal roof replacement, low slope membrane roof replacement, gutter and downspout replacement, metal panel replacement, door replacement, and replacing interior finishes. The repairs to the fences and gates consist of installing PVC coated chain link fence fabric, PVC coated posts, and PVC coated access gates. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform the repairs for the buildings and fences at Corpus Christi Army Depot as specified in the Statement of Work/Plan/Specifications that will be attached to the future Invitation For Bid (IFB).
