CD / Sky Trac 6042 Open Cab Reach or equal

The Air Force Test Center is soliciting a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the procurement of one Sky Trac 6042 Open Cab Reach telehandler or an approved equal, under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Part 12 for commercial products and services. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 333924 with a size standard of 900 employees, and all offerors must certify their small business status. The equipment must comply with the Salient Characteristics dated June 23, 2026, featuring a 74+ HP engine, 6,000-lb lift capacity at 42’4”, 4-wheel drive with oscillating axle, foam-filled non-marking tires, ROPS/FOPS certification, backup alarms, and rear and side cameras. The machine must be new, with no refurbished components permitted, and must include a one-year warranty on the entire unit, a two-year warranty on the drivetrain, and a five-year warranty on structural components. Deliveries are due within 60 calendar days after award, with FOB Destination terms placing full responsibility for shipping, handling, and delivery costs on the contractor. The delivery location is Building 4600 Soto Cano Loop, Eglin AFB, Florida, with acceptance and inspection performed by the Government, governed by DFARS Appendix F and regulatory clauses including prohibitions on Hexavalent Chromium, Buy American requirements, and restrictions on sourcing from Xinjiang and the Maduro regime.
