Printing Services for standard size Employment Social Development Canada (ESDC) and Service Canada Envelopes
ESDC requires services for the supply of a variety of ESDC and Service Canada standard envelopes, as well as shipping services to have the printed products distributed to ESDC offices and other locations across Canada.
The Contractor must print and deliver all items in full quantities, according to Statement of Work (SOW)
The Contractor must accept and fulfil this printing order and is responsible for quality control of the various print products requested as well as the distribution of these products to various final destinations.
The print products resulting from this contract will ensure the delivery of services and benefits to the public.
The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2027, inclusive.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
All the deliverables must be received as specified at Annex “C”.
* Contractors must respect the delivery date stipulated in the Request for Proposal. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure that they are able to meet this requirement before submitting their bid. *
The responsive bid with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
