The United States Coast Guard Surface Force Logistics Center is soliciting quotations for the pumping and cleaning of fuel oil service tanks aboard the CGC Forward (WMEC 907) in Portsmouth, Virginia. This requirement is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 336611 and is designated as an unusual and compelling urgency to ensure safety and mission readiness.
