City of Cape Girardeau will be accepting electronic bids for purchase and installation of Facility and Wayfinding Signs at the Osage Centre (1625 North Kingshighway, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701) and the Shawnee Park Sports Complex (1157 Southwest End Blvd, Cape Girardeau, MO 63703) until 4pm on July 31st, 2025. Bids may be submitted to contact@example.gov. Award will be based on total bid price and quality of product, to include product and labor.

Facility Welcome, Wayfinding Signs and Banners
It is the intent of theses specifications to describe the items listed above for the Osage Centre and Shawnee Park Sports Complex materials and installation. The specifications are defined by section, consisting of the following:

Bid prices shall include delivery of the items listed above to the Osage Centre, 1625 North Kingshighway, Cape Girardeau, Missouri 63701 and Shawnee Park Sports Complex, 1157 Southwest End Blvd, Cape Girardeau, Missouri 63703. Bidder shall state delivery date where noted in specifications. Deviation from the time specified could mean cancellation of the bid award. Bidders shall hold bid price firm for ninety (90) days or until awarding of the bid, whichever comes first. No withdrawal of bids will be allowed for ninety (90) days for reason of price.

High quality vinyl using fade resistant ink for artwork. 3.6 Information for signs is included in Attachment D 3.7 Proposed locations of signs is included on the maps in Attachments E & F 3.8 Example picture of sign style for 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 to match current facility signs is included in Attachment G
