Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) is in need of a contractor to provide chemical cleaning services for six (6) Main Feed Pump LO Coolers and eight (8) Turbine Generator LO Coolers to restore sea water side (tube side) to Level III cleanliness and remove all marine growth. Level III Cleanliness defined as: Surface shall be reasonably free of foreign material and any remaining residue on the surface shall not interfere with system operations or damage system components. The anticipated Period of Performace is June 16, 2025 through August 8, 2025. If your organization has the potential capacity to provide the needed service, please provide the following information: 1.)
