Cherokee Nation Entertainment - Tahlequah Server Refresh

The Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking qualified vendors to perform a server refresh at its Tahlequah, Oklahoma facility, under solicitation number Procurement #164637, with proposals due by June 10, 2026. The project requires the upgrade of an existing Cisco server infrastructure to align with standardized specifications across other company sites, with specific hardware requirements including a PowerEdge R760 Rack Server, an MDS 9132T 32G 1 RU FC switch with eight active Fibre Channel ports, and associated components such as power supplies, fan trays, filler cards, NX-OS software version 8.4(2)D, 8-port upgrade licenses, and 32 Gbps Fibre Channel SFP+ transceivers.
