MARKET SURVEY / SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICENotice Number: W912P626S0001 Project Title: Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal CSSC Barrier IIB High Voltage Power Supply HVPS Procurement By way of this Market Survey/Sources Sought Notice, the USACE-Chicago District intends to determine the extent of firms that are engaged in providing the supplies and services described hereunder for the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal CSSC Barrier IIB High Voltage Power Supply HVPS Procurement at the Barrier 2B facility in Romeoville, Illinois. The responses to this Notice will be used for planning purposes for an upcoming procurement. Therefore, this Notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal RFP; it does not guarantee the future issue of a RFP; nor does it commit the government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, this Agency will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that this Agency will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice; all costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the responding party expense.At this time, proprietary information is not being requested, and respondents shall refrain from providing proprietary information in response to this Notice. The units must seamlessly integrate with the existing Pulse Generating Control System PGCS without modification to the existing software or wiring, and fit within the existing facility footprint and structural constraints.- Estimated Performance Period: 1 year - Primary NAICS Code: 335311 - Power, Distribution, and Specialty Transformer Manufacturing with a Size Standard of 800 Employees REQUESTED INFORMATION1. Company Identification: Identification and verification of the company small business status.2. Entity Registration: Contractor Unique Entity Identifier UEI and CAGE Codes.3. Bonding Capacity: Documentation from the firm bonding company showing current single and aggregate performance and payment bond limits.4.
