This solicitation is for MBE dealers only.The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is soliciting for renewal of ChicagoSoft QwickRef Software and support.Please be sure to include the state contract number in the contract column of the grid, if applicable.Completion of the grid is required and will be considered as part of the response for evaluation. Completion of the questionnaire is required and will be considered as part of the response for evaluation. Instructions for Supplement A (State IT Policy, Standard and Service Requirements):The supplier must include a fully completed copy of Supplement A and follow the completion instructions contained in the supplement. Data Security and Privacy Terms Response: The supplier must include the entire content of the Data Security and Privacy Terms* in a single section in its response. The supplier must include a statement at the beginning of the section indicating that the supplier read, understands, and agrees to all of the terms and conditions contained in the Data Security and Privacy Terms for the resulting purchase.If a state contract number is not provided, the State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitation and govern the resulting purchase.
