The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) invites prospective bidders to review and respond to the attached Invitation for Bids (IFB) Number 26C026000 entitled, "CHP PROTECTIVE SERVICES DIVISION - VEHICLE ARMORING SERVICES." When preparing and submitting a bid, compliance with the instructions found herein is imperative. California Law requires Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation; however, the DVBE participation requirement has been waived by CHP for this solicitation. Bidders who opt to utilize DVBE participation are eligible to receive DVBE incentive.
