The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) invites prospective bidders to review and respond to the attached Invitation for Bids (IFB) Number 26C265000 entitled, CHP STOCKTON Area Office Protective Clothing & Operational Supplies Rental. When preparing and submitting a bid, compliance with the instructions found herein is imperative. California Law requires Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation; however, the DVBE participation requirement has been waived by CHP for this solicitation.
