Circular Geometry Machine (CGM) Roundness Tester

This contract opportunity seeks a new, non-refurbished Circular Geometry Machine (CGM) Roundness Tester to be delivered to the DLA Product Test Center’s Mechanical Lab in Columbus, Ohio, with full turnkey delivery, installation, calibration, and one day of on-site training for up to five technicians. The system must meet stringent technical specifications, including measurement accuracy of 0.0001 inch or better, capabilities for GD&T evaluations such as roundness, cylindricity, concentricity, and runout, automatic CNC centering and leveling, angle measurement, and generation of interactive digital reports. The equipment must be supplied as a complete system including all necessary hardware, software, computers, monitors, cables, and stands, with a mandatory one-year warranty covering all components from the date of installation.
