City of Edmonton - Negotiated Request for Proposal - 939539 Custodial Services for LRT Stations and Connected Transit Centers and Pedways

The City of Edmonton (the City) invites bidders to submit bids for Custodial Services for LRT Stations and Connected Transit Centers and Pedways. Intended term of Contract: two (2) years, commencing April 1, 2027. In its sole discretion, the City may extend the Term on the same terms and conditions for up to eight (8) additional year(s). The length of any extension(s) will be at the City’s sole discretion. The Form of Agreement, located in the Form of Agreement Section in the SAP Ariba Platform, defines the Work the successful bidder will perform. Bidders will then need to accept the bidder agreement and accept the Prerequisites to view the complete Sourcing Event. Bidders whose organizations are already transacting with the City of Edmonton through Ariba for Buying and Invoicing should use their “enabled” (transactional) Supplier Ariba account (current and valid ANID Account Number) to respond to this opportunity.
