The City of Riverside (“City”) is seeking proposals from a qualified consultant (“Company”) to provide services for the implementation of Leading Pedestrian Interval (LPI) phasing at all traffic signalized intersections citywide, to design the installation of retro-reflective signal backplates at all traffic signal heads citywide, and to prepare the Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) to construct a raised curb median along Mission Inn Avenue between Redwood Drive and Scout Lane along with high friction surface treatment on the horizontal curve portion.The City of Riverside’s Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Cycle XI Project –Citywide Signal Improvements and Mission Inn Avenue Median Project will be funded with Federal dollars requiring the Consultant to follow all pertinent local, State, and Federal law proposal submittal requirements including Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).
