Under this RFX, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seekingBids from vendors with expertise in group benefits administration, provision of life and critical illness insurance meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachment titled, 'PS20261668-HR-RFP - Scope of Work - Final' . Interested parties (“Respondents”) are required to respond to this RFP in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFP. •Term of the contract & options - Three (3) years plus Six(6) additional optional yearsThe RFX will be administered through the City’s electronic procurementportal (the “Supplier Portal”). Bids may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
