NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center San Diego intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with FAR Part 12 to Clarivate Analytics location: 1500 Spring Garden St #4, Philadelphia, PA 19130-4067. The proposed contract action is for Web of Science Periodical Subscription required for mission essential research. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Clarivate Analytics was found to be the sole provider that allows unlimited access to multi-disciplinary research dating back to 1900. No other company is known to provide this specific type of research infrastructure. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
