This requirement will be a 100% Small Business set-aside.


Procurement Description: The 87th Contracting Squadron, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey 08641, has a requirement for air field control tower windows cleaning services at JBMDL.  The initial period of performance is anticipated to be 1 October 2026 through 30 September 2027, with four additional one year option periods.  The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to the offeror providing the best value to the Government.


Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to clean the airfield control towers' windows at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL) in accordance with (IAW) the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The control towers are located on the McGuire annex, Building 1605, and Lakehurst annex, Building 552.
