All personnel must hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS security clearance and be escorted in restricted zones. A year-based work schedule and monthly digital logbook documenting service requests and corrective actions are required, along with participation in monthly coordination meetings. Performance is evaluated against quantifiable KPIs and inspection criteria focused on cleanliness, disinfection, waste management, odor control, and attention to detail. The contract is structured as a base period of two years with an irrevocable option to extend for up to three additional one-year periods, subject to written notice by Canada.
