FEMA requires IT architecture, engineering, cloud support services. FEMA also requires cloud reseller (brokerage) services and access. FEMA requires cloud reseller services to access multiple FedRAMP Authorized true on-demand Commercial Cloud Broker (CCB). The scope of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) includes the ability to access new CCB’s as they become FedRAMP Authorized and available through the reseller. The access provided by this BPA shall support FEMA’ Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) DevOps Information Technology (IT) systems development model and provide SaaS options. The types of cloud services required by this BPA are IaaS, PaaS and SaaS (see definitions section for additional details) and professional support services. The contractor shall provide access to and a payment mechanism for consumption based true On-demand Commercial Cloud service providers. Any and all services described in the scope must provide unfettered access and assistance in any service outages or issues with the CCB’s.
