Date Bid Notice Issued May 6, 2026. Project Lat. 35°56’40”N Long. 95°00’41”W. The Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the Bryant Road/Burchett Road Resurfacing Project CN-0921-25(RH). Located in Cherokee County, this project is 1.5 miles in length. This project is the rehabilitation of 1.5 miles of an existing paved county road which consist of 22’ wide asphalt roadway, full depth patching, a concrete school parking lot, and pedestrian push button crossing lights. Project will be a Fixed Completion Date Contract consisting of: [See schedule of items] (See Part 2, Specifications, subsections 108.02, “Notice to Proceed and Preconstruction Conference” and 108.07.C, “Fixed Completion Date Contract”). Plans and Specifications are available for viewing at: www.bidexpress.com. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is MANDATORY. A pre-bid conference shall be at 10:00 a.m. on May 12, 2026, at the CNDOT building at Cherokee Nation headquarters, approximately 3.5 miles south of Tahlequah, Oklahoma on Highway 62. A location map is included on the Bid Express website at www.bidexpress.com. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders who do NOT have a representative attending the pre-bid conference.
