TR performed an Annual Test and Inspection of the Fire Alarm system. KTR proposes the following to correct the noted deficiencies: 1. FACP had (1) supervisory for zone 4 kitchen ducts at arrival - Investigate supervisory 2. Duct detector Kitchen Area D.1 Supply - Did not perform shutdown of ahu - investigate issue 3. RTU.1 HVAC-Shutdown - did not shutdown - investigate shutdown issues 4. Heat detector Kitchen Above FACP - reports to panel as manual station, change to report as heat detector 5. Manual Pull Station Side Entrance - Did not activate - replace manual station 6. Manual Pull Station Main Entrance - Did not activate - replace manual station
