Separate, sealed Bids will be received for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the installation of the Widening and Resurfacing Improvements to Broxton-Westgreen Highway, PI# 0020475, Drainage and Resurfacing Improvements to Mora Road, PI# 0020470, and Drainage and Resurfacing Improvements to Mark Mobley Road, PI# 0020476 until (10:00am) (local time), Friday, July 31, 2026, at which time bids will be opened and read.
The meeting will be held at the Coffee County Board of Commissioners¿ Office and will be open to the public. Proposals can be mailed to the attention of Wesley Vickers, County Administrator for the Coffee County Board of Commissioners, 224 West Ashley Street Suite E Douglas, Georgia 31533. Proposals received after the designated time will not be considered. Coffee County Board of Commissioners may select a successful low bidder after evaluation of all bids. The Scope of Work Includes: Widening, Drainage and Resurfacing Improvements Broxton- Westgreen Highway, Mora Road, and Mark Mobley Road (Total of 24.22 Miles)
