This procurement is issued by the DLA Troop Support, Subsistence FSE Supply Chain, and may result in a Simplified Indefinite-Delivery Contract for a one-year period. The requirement is for one unit with a delivery timeline of 30 days after the order is received. Pricing is based on a firm fixed price, and the government will evaluate offers based on the quoted price for estimated annual demand and guaranteed shipping characteristics. The contract mandates strict adherence to DLA packaging and marking standards, specifically MIL-STD-129 for labeling and RP001 for palletization, with the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements taking precedence over ASTM D3951. Key regulatory requirements include the Buy American and Balance of Payments Program, safeguarding of covered defense information under DFARS 252.204-7012, and a prohibition on the intentional addition of mercury to hardware. All invoicing and payment processing must be conducted through the Wide Area WorkFlow system. Quotations are due by October 23, 2026, to the issuing office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
