Sealed proposals will be received online via the PennBid program by City of Lebanon (Sponsor) until 9:00 AM September 27, 2024. Bids will be electronically opened at 9:00 AM and unofficial results posted to PennBID no later than 5:00 PM on the same day for the following project: COLEMAN MEMORIAL PARK TRAIL IN CITY OF LEBANON, LEBANON COUNTY The project is for the construction of a 0.34-mile walking trail from approximately N 22nd Street to the Coleman Park parking lot situated in the City of Lebanon, Lebanon County, PA. Work will also involve the installation of E&S controls. Project documents are available online for download and printing at no cost from PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). Each proposal must be accompanied by a copy of a certified check or bid bond payable to “City of Lebanon”, in an amount not less than Ten percent (10%) of the bid total. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. Notice is given that the project for which Bids are being solicited hereby is a project constituting public works and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, the Act of August 15, 1961, P.L. 987, as amended and supplemented, and appropriate prevailing minimum wage rates as promulgated under the provisions of said Act must be paid by contractors in connection with performance of the necessary work. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within 60 days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
