Notice to Bidder Invitation to Bid (B) Construction Lee County, Florida, is requesting bids from qualified individuals/firms for the attached solicitation. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK SUMMARY Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks a qualified contractor to provide milling and resurfacing improvements along Colonial Boulevard from McGregor Blvd intersection to the US 41 intersection. Work shall include, but not be limited to, milling resurfacing, restriping roadway, sidewalk modifications, ADA upgrades, and traffic signal loop installation. For complete Scope of Work/Specifications for this solicitation is available from https://leegov.ionwave.net. Bidders who obtain Scope of Work/Specifications from sources other than https://leegov.ionwave.net are cautioned that the solicitation package may be incomplete. The County’s official bidders list, addendum(s) and information must be obtained from https://leegov.ionwave.net. It is the bidder’s responsibility to check for posted information. The County may not accept incomplete Bids. Those individuals/firms interested in being considered for this solicitation are instructed to submit, in accordance with specifications, their sealed bids, pertinent to this project prior to the date and time specified to the office of the Procurement Management Director, either electronically via Ion Wave or hand-delivered to 2115 Second Street, 1st Floor, Fort Myers, FL 33901.
