FUNDED IN PART OR IN WHOLE BY: The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) FDOT Project #:457161-1-54-01 Notice to Bidder Invitation to Bid (B) Construction Lee County, Florida, is requesting bids from qualified individuals/firms for the attached solicitation. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK SUMMARY Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Contractor to provide construction services for the Phase 1A roadway improvements along Alico Road in Fort Myers. Work shall include but not limited to two wildlife crossings, realignment of existing Green Meadow Road and Alico Road intersection to a conventional T-intersection, along with clearing, grading, and drainage improvements to support the future widening of Alico Road. The Scope of Work/Specifications for this solicitation is available from https://leegov.ionwave.net. Bidders who obtain Scope of Work/Specifications from sources other than https://leegov.ionwave.net are cautioned that the solicitation package may be incomplete. The County’s official bidders list, addendum(s) and information must be obtained from https://leegov.ionwave.net. It is the bidder’s responsibility to check for posted information. The County may not accept incomplete Bids. Those individuals/firms interested in being considered for this solicitation are instructed to submit, in accordance with specifications, their sealed bids, pertinent to this project prior to the date and time specified to the office of the Procurement Management Director, either electronically via Ion Wave or hand-delivered to 2115 Second Street, 1st Floor, Fort Myers, FL 33901. Hand-delivered Bids shall be received in a sealed envelope, prior to the time scheduled to receive Bids, and shall be clearly marked with the solicitation name, solicitation number, bidder name, and contact information as identified in these solicitation documents.
