BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes but is not limited to the replacement of aging HVAC units and upgrades the attic dry sprinkler and smoke detection systems in Fairview Suites to enhance building safety and improve overall reliability. Building modifications are also required to provide better attic access. These upgrades will support better energy performance and operational continuity.
